Working with a specialist fast-track fit-out contractor in Northampton, to appoint a Graduate Project Manager. Our client focuses on refurbishment and fast-track fit-out projects for nationally recognized key clients on a framework basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with overseeing and managing all aspects of fit-out construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional. You will primarily work in a hybrid setting, combining site visits, remote team meetings, and office work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting with elements of fast-track fit-out projects.
• Supporting best practice Health and Safety measures.
• Collaborating with clients, designers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Preparing reports.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
• Coordinating and leading project meetings to ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Providing regular project updates to clients and internal teams, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensuring timely completion of project milestones and final delivery.
• Providing on-site project support through site visits.
