The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of key operational change activities and projects, providing essential support and guidance to stakeholders, maintainingprehensive documentation, and offering technical and operational support for UK and European regulatory reporting.
Role details :
- Alongside the Regulatory Reporting team you will be instrumental in building, publishing reports, ensuring accuracy, and correcting data issues to ensure we continue to meet our European regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with other departments (Operations, IT,pliance and Client Services) to maintain documentation for operational regulatory reporting. This includes, but is not limited to EMIR Refit, MiFID II Costs & Charges, Trade / Transaction, SFTR and such other reporting as may be required from time to time.
- Maintenance of the regulatory reporting Issue log, ensuring issues are captured in the correct format and escalated to the appropriatemittees / individuals (as necessary).
- Ensure project status reports arepleted on time, to the expected quality, and in the required format.
- Arrange and facilitate regular Change Programmeernance forums with the correct attendees and agenda agreed in advance. Capturing key actions and ensuring these aremunicated to stakeholders.
- Working with stakeholders to ensure that allernance and documentationpleted is at the expected level of quality.
- Manage Project drive, storing documents aligned to naming convention and archiving documents as required.
Skills & Experience required :
Experience in asset management operationsPossess high attention to detail and ability to multi-taskCan facilitate project meetings with multiple attendees, capturing detailed actions with assigned owners.Proficient in MS Excel.Analytical, good problem-solver, and strong critical thinking skills.Able to effectively articulate and present technical / process information and risks to non-technical users and business sponsors.
