An exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Supervisor or Team Leader to join a forward-thinking food business at a dark kitchen sites in both London and Cambridge.

A great opportunity for someone to become a Kitchen Supervisor at a Dark Kitchen site.

This role is based at a central delivery kitchen with a forward-thinking restaurant and meal kit brand that is growing rapidly. The business is leading their field in the UK across their food and meal kits as well as their strong people culture and values.

This role reports into the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager who manages all food and kitchen operations and will be leading a team of circa five people. You will have a good understanding of HACCP with a strong communication style and experience working cross-functionally or with third parties. These skills will help you oversee the process from orders coming into the chefs, food production though to couriers for dispatch.

The role responsibilities include :

• Overall courier management accountability
• Act as a bridge between production and dispatch
• Managing all kitchen orders for couriers
• Ensuring the quality of the product and checking before dispatched
• Ensuring the products are all signed for
