• Job Title : Residential Support Worker Location : Cauldon Low, ST10 Salary : £31,118-  £31,784 (inclusive of sleep-ins) About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will : Provide support and care for young people with disabilities in a residential setting. Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children and young adults. Collaborate with a team of professionals to implement care plans and activities. Foster positive relationships with residents, promoting their well-being and development.Qualifications and Experience : NVQ Level 3 in working with children or an equivalent qualification is a must Proven experience working with children and / or young adults. Enhanced DBS A valid driving licence. A commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.
