The Role

Our client is seeking an OT Consultant / Business Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, sensors, DCS) and identify gaps in integration and performance.
Conduct Fit : Gap analysis focusing on Red Zone management (downtime, bottlenecks, etc.).
Propose technology and process improvement solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and engineering.
Develop implementation roadmaps, KPIs, and reporting documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

5+ years of experience in OT system assessment and shop floor optimization.

Expertise in MES, ERP, SCADA, Lean / Six Sigma, Red Zone resolution.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
