Service Charge Analyst Sittingbourne, Kent Full Time – Hybrid / Remote Temporary Rate : £22.42 - £26.76 per hour (LTD) We have the fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our team based in Sittingbourne, Kent, as a Service Charge Analyst. This is a full time, temporary position with an initial contract period between 3-6 months. This position offers a hybrid working approach, with 3 days per week in office and 2 days working from home. The Service Charge Analyst position will involve supporting the team manager to ensure all legislative Service Charge expenditure is levied to customers in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring queries are responded to within the agreed service level agreements. Please note for this role a basic DBS check will be required. Requirements Previous experience of a computerised accounting system Previous experience of working with complex control accounts Previous experience within a Housing Association is desirable Excellent IT skills, including using Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Word Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Full basic DBS certificate requiredRole Expectations Calculate provisions based upon actual replacement and refurbishment requirements Check contracts and the allocation of costs to schemes Review exceptions within schemes and resolve issues Monitor the spend on each scheme, investigate and resolve any variations and issues that...
