Job Title : Regional Occupancy Manager

Location : Hybrid – WFH & Weekly site visits (Area covered will be Kent, Essex & London)

Type : Permanent – 37.5 hours per week

Salary : £50,000 per annum plus company car & an annual 10% management bonus & up to 20% occupancy bonus (Paid 5% per quarter)

Role Overview : As a Regional Occupancy Manager, you will guide the strategic vision and oversee the public sector occupancy in our care homes. Your responsibilities include managing occupancy rates through proficient stakeholder management and engagement. You will take the lead in all bidding and tender processes for your region as well as overseeing existing block contracts and managing all renewals
