Responsibilities
Lead the Team : Manage, train, and inspire a team of 6, fostering a positive and professional culture.
Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations, including rota management, hiring, and cleanliness.
Kitchen Oversight : Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline processes and ensure smooth service night after night.
Customer Experience : Ensure every guest enjoys a 5-star dining experience, handling feedback and complaints with professionalism.
Commercial Management : Drive revenue growth while managing wage, food, and beverage costs within budget.
Compliance : Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene (EHO rating 4
