The Role We’re seeking an experienced Head of Industrial Sales to lead a dedicated small team, drive strategic sales initiatives, and position the business as a preferred supplier within the industrial sector. You’ll be responsible for :

  • Leading and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Defining and implementing a sector-specific business strategy aligned with a long-term growth plan.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers, including DNOs, ICPs, contractors, and consultants.
  • Overseeing the preparation of tenders, contracts, and pricing proposals, ensuring alignment with contract law and commercial best practices.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to strengthen market presence. What You’ll Bring
  • Proven Sales Leadership – Experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team in an engineering or technical B2B environment.
  • Industry Expertise – Strong knowledge of medium and low-voltage switchgear, power distribution, and automation systems.
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop and execute long-term business plans, drive market expansion, and adapt to industry changes.
  • Commercial Acumen – Understanding of contract law, negotiations, and complex sales processes, particularly in industrial and energy markets.
  • Customer-Centric Approach – Ability to build long-term relationships and provide tailored solutions for end users, distributors, and consultants.
  • Technical & Business Skills – Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and CAD software (advantageous but not essential). Why Join Us?
