As the Corporate Governance Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing company secretarial, legal, and regulatory matters for the fund and its group entities. Working within the legal team, you`ll gain immediate exposure to a broad range of activities and collaborate closely with other specialist functions, including compliance, tax, and finance. This is a newly created role that offers significant autonomy, providing the opportunity to add real value and shape the position as your own.

• Company secretarial support, including board packs and formal minutes
• Preparation of general legal documents, including NDAs, engagement letters and terms sheets
• Assist on regulatory filings
• Maintain statutory registers and corporate records
• Legal research and required documentation
• Liaison with external providers
• Ownership of insurance schemes
