  • Job Title : Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager – FMCG Food
  • Location : Hybrid (with regular UK travel to customer sites and meetings; ideally commutable to the South East)
  • Salary : Circa £70,000 per annum (depending on experience) + performance bonus
  • Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent
  • Industry : FMCG / Food & Beverage / Consumer Goods
  • Hours : Monday to Friday

We're working with an exciting new venture in the FMCG food space to find a Business Development Manger / Key Account Manager who’s ready to make a big impact.

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about food & beverage, experienced in launching or scaling grocery brands, and thrives on building relationships that drive sales growth across retail, convenience, and foodservice.

About the Role

Acting as a key commercial lead in the UK market, you’ll be responsible for :

  • Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for a premium product range
  • Securing listings with major retailers, convenience groups, and foodservice partners
  • Representing the brand at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings
