We are currently seeking caring, enthusiastic, and resilient Children’s Workers to join our dedicated team supporting children and young people with disabilities. Working in one of our specialist services, you’ll play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children with a range of additional support needs, including physical, learning, and complex disabilities.
In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred care tailored to each child’s individual needs. This includes supporting with personal care, communication, emotional wellbeing, and daily activities that promote independence and self-esteem. You’ll be working closely with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child. Creativity, warmth, and a sense of fun are essential, as you’ll be helping to build confidence and create meaningful experiences in each child’s life.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for working with children with disabilities. While experience in a similar role is desirable, it’s not essentialwhat matters most is your empathy, patience, and willingness to learn.
