Childrens Worker - Part-Time

We are currently seeking caring, enthusiastic, and resilient Children’s Workers to join our dedicated team supporting children and young people with disabilities. Working in one of our specialist services, you’ll play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children with a range of additional support needs, including physical, learning, and complex disabilities.

In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred care tailored to each child’s individual needs. This includes supporting with personal care, communication, emotional wellbeing, and daily activities that promote independence and self-esteem. You’ll be working closely with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child. Creativity, warmth, and a sense of fun are essential, as you’ll be helping to build confidence and create meaningful experiences in each child’s life.

We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for working with children with disabilities. While experience in a similar role is desirable, it’s not essentialwhat matters most is your empathy, patience, and willingness to learn. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
