Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence : Act as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering outstanding service across all touchpoints.
- Sales & Leasing : Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, from property tours to contract signings, ensuring occupancy targets are met.
- Resident Engagement : Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Site Management Support : Collaborate with the on-site management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Marketing & Outreach : Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement, events, and outreach to attract prospective tenants.
- Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with leasing and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in customer service and / or sales, ideally within the property, real estate, or hospitality sectors.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Familiarity with Build-to-Rent operations or residential leasing is an advantage but not essential.J-18808-Ljbffr
