London - hybrid - 3 days in office

We're hiring a hands-on Project Manager to join a front office-aligned transformation team at a leading asset manager.

This role will lead delivery of large-scale change initiatives and manage multiple smaller workstreams within the front office Public Markets business. You’ll work directly with investment teams and coordinate across operations, technology, and other corporate functions to deliver outcomes aligned to business priorities.

We’re looking for someone with strong delivery credentials and a solid understanding of public markets and front office functions. The environment is fast-paced, so you’ll need to be confident engaging with stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and driving projects through to completion.

Key experience :

• Strong project management background in investment management
• Experience working with front office teams (e.g. PMs, traders, researchers)
• Proven track record of leading complex change or managing multiple initiatives
• Strong stakeholder and governance skills
