Employment Solicitor (2+ PQE) | Bishop's Stortford Office

A progressive and modern law firm with a strong regional presence and a longstanding reputation for excellence is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its team based in Bishop’s Stortford.

The Opportunity

You’ll work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for both employers and employees across sectors including education, healthcare, and commercial enterprise.

The work is varied and engaging, covering unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, redundancy, grievance and disciplinary matters, employment contracts, and more.

There will be opportunities to represent clients in Employment Tribunals, undertake advocacy at various hearings, and support businesses with day-to-day employment law queries and provide strategic advice.

You’ll also play a role in negotiating settlements and managing claims, delivering high-level client care and commercial awareness.
