Display Planner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Display Planner to join our B&M team based in our Central Support Office in Lasswade . This role involves creating and maintaining planograms at Dobbies, bringing product ranges to life, and providing our store colleagues with visually appealing display options and commercially viable plans at a micro level. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused, with data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage category planograms
• Create and present analysis using space software
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to deliver company KPIs
• Identify and flag potential issues
• Follow critical path and adhere to timelines
• Present and sign off work as part of the wider category management process
• Communicate plans to stores via PDF
• Support layout planning with planogram options and fixture requirements
• Ensure store compliance through timely interventions
• Improve and innovate on-shelf merchandising principles
