Responsibilities

Copper is looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to help us set the institutional standard for the digital asset industry. You will be a natural team player / leader, have an open and collaborative mindset, and the ability to solve problems creatively.

You will be part of the Product team, working closely with Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams.

  • Lead design initiatives for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements
  • Ensure design consistency and product experience across Platform, apps, website, and collateral whilst adhering to Copper brand and marketing guidelines
  • Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems to effectively communicate design concepts
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to bring product visions to life
  • Analyze and identify new product improvement opportunities

Your experience, skills, and knowledge

  • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
  • Excellent attention to detail and an intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
  • Strong ability to understand client objectives and creatively translate into product design
  • Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
  • Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
  • Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
  • Ability to get things done and deliver in a fast-paced innovative company
