Credit Manager

Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Credit Manager for a flourishing organisation in Bridgend.

The Role :

As the Credit Manager you'll lead a small, dynamic team and take ownership of the credit control function. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Overseeing the credit control team and ensuring smooth operations.
• Managing debt collection and reducing aged debt.
• Monitoring credit limits and assessing customer creditworthiness.
• Producing reports for senior management.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.

Legal collections

Credit insurance renewals

Setting the teams KPI's

Oversight of the accounts

Developing the reporting for the senior leadership team,

About You :

Based in in Bridgend

Hybrid working three days in the office.

25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays

Life assurance, death in service benefit

Salary from £35,000 to £45,000 plus bonus
