We’re seeking a Q ualified Accountant with the commercial insight, credibility, and membership sector experience to support financial leadership in a small, high-impact environment.

Key requirements :

• Experience working with membership bodies or professional associations
• Strong commercial acumen and hands-on financial leadership
• Proven track record establishing financial controls and reporting frameworks
• Comfortable acting as a critical friend to senior stakeholders
• Flexible approach, including occasional Midlands travel
