Level 3 Teaching Assistants Wanted – TamesideStart Date : September 2025 Location : Tameside Borough Agency : Axcis Education Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next exciting opportunity? Axcis Education is currently working with a number of fantastic schools across Tameside Borough who are seeking experienced and dedicated Level 3 TAs to join their teams from September 2025. The role will involve :

• Supporting groups of pupils under the guidance of the class teacher, including delivering planned programmes of work and implementing ILPs
• Assisting in creating a safe and engaging classroom and outdoor learning environment
• Preparing resources, displaying work, and helping with general classroom organisation
• Supervising small groups – and occasionally whole classes – during lessons and activities both inside and outside the classroom The successful candidate will :
• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Demonstrate strong moral and ethical values
• Show resilience and flexibility in challenging situations
• Be a proactive and collaborative team player
• Bring positivity, reliability, and a good sense of humour to their role
• Always act with professionalism and integrity
