eCommerce Coordinator (Contract) – Global Beauty Brand

Location : London (Hybrid – 3 days / week in office)

Contract Length : 2 months (starting end of July), with potential extension

Are you an experienced eCommerce professional ready to dive into an exciting, hands-on role at a globally loved beauty brand? We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day trading and operations of our UK website during a key trading period.

What you’ll be doing :

• Supporting the execution of the online trading calendar
• Uploading and updating product listings via our content management system (CMS) and product information system (PIM)
• Ensuring product and promotional content is accurate, timely, and aligned with marketing plans
• Monitoring site performance and flagging any issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, design, and logistics

What we’re looking for :

Previous experience in an eCommerce or digital trading role

Strong understanding of CMS and PIM tools

A proactive, self-starting attitude with a keen eye for detail

Available to start end of July and commit for at least 2 months

Able to work 3 days per week in our London office (hybrid working)

Nice to have :

Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
