Job Description :

This role involves supporting major construction projects in the UK as a Project Controls Manager. Responsibilities include leading a multi-functional controls team, developing project baselines, managing risks, and ensuring project delivery aligns with schedules and budgets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and integrate project control structures and data.
  • Lead estimating and planning sessions to establish realistic baselines.
  • Manage procurement schedules and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate stakeholder sign-off and provide regular project updates.
  • Oversee change management processes and monitor deviations from baselines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project controls within major projects.
  • Leadership of controls teams.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction processes.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
