Business Development Director – UK&I – Workforce Management

With a strong presence across EMEA and ambitious growth plans, you will be instrumental in driving strategic enterprise sales.
Working Pattern : Remote across the UK or Ireland with travel to EMEA.
The role :
- Own top of funnel pipeline generation through strategic outbound outreach to key decision makers at high-potential target accounts. This will be a mix of your own network, cold outreach and inbound.
- Qualify and convert event-driven leads into early-stage opportunities using structured nurturing cadences.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and align with solutions
- Continuously improve your outbound strategy based on feedback
Expectations within the 1st 6-12 months :
Delivery 10-15 qualified meetings per monthGenerate €200,000 in new pipeline per quarterClose 2-3 mid-sized deals within the 1st 12 monthsThe culture :

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development or Pipeline Generation roles within Managed Service Providers, Contingent Workforce Solutions or Human Capital EnvironmentsYou are a hunter. You are strategic, self-motivated, solution-focused and creative in your approach.Experience navigating complex B2B sales at an enterprise level.Confident in delivering compelling pitches and tailored solutions.You thrive in a remote-first, high-trust and autonomous environmentInterview Process : 2 stages :
Initial Interview with the VP of Enterprise Sales.
Final Interview with the CEO + VP, including a short presentation assessing your sales capabilities, strategic thinking, cultural fit and ability to connect with clients at a high level.
