Job descriptionRelevant experience in a design or construction background. Professional qualification in Design or Construction. NEBOSH qualification (preferably Construction Certificate). Membership of APS / IOSH is preferred. Experience in a similar role. Good IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of CDM2015 and related Health & Safety issues. Valid driving license.

Job Description : Responsibilities :
The role is primarily based on the delivery of CDM Services, with experience in delivering additional associated Health & Safety Services considered advantageous. You will be responsible for :
- Providing Health & Safety Services on independent commissions and to support wider project delivery.
- Producing pre-construction information, files, and other CDM documents.
- Ensuring Designer compliance.
- Reviewing contractors' documentation.
- Interfacing with clients and design teams on a project basis.
- Advising clients on procurement options and consultant appointments.
- Proactively developing the Services business within the region.
- Staying updated with current legal developments in construction law.
