Role Overview : As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in our engineering department, collaborating closely with production to ensure all machinery is compliant and in optimal working order. Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborative Maintenance : Work alongside shop floor management to prioritise repairs and schedule essential and planned maintenance of all machines.
• Performance Monitoring : Regularly liaise with the Engineering Manager to discuss machine performance, plan repairs, and coordinate new plant and machinery installations.
• Quality Assurance : Partner with the quality department to address machine performance issues and uphold our high-quality standards.
• Efficiency Initiatives : Actively promote the reduction of scrap and enhance the efficiency of our Conversion and Extrusion sections.
