About The Role

This role is offered on a term-time only, permanent basis. You will line manage Learning Support Staff and provide direct support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities both in the classroom and around the College.

About The Team

You will join a friendly, professional team committed to delivering high-quality support across the college. The team fosters a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. You will support 17 staff members, aiding their professional growth and contributing to the department's success.

About You

We're seeking a reliable and motivated individual who prides themselves on delivering excellent service. Key qualities include :

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Confidence with systems and processes, including Microsoft Office and dedicated databases
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience working with individuals or groups with PMLD or ASD and challenging behaviour

Most importantly, you should be ready to contribute positively to our college community.
