Co-Founder Dietitian – Clinical & Community Lead

Location : UK-based only

Commitment : 8–10 hours / week (with flexibility to grow)

Equity : Yes (Founding-level)

Start Date : Immediate / Flexible

About Healthy Fridge

Healthy Fridge is a women’s health start-up on a mission to transform how chronic and hormonal conditions are managed—starting with PCOS, GLP-1 use, and menopause—through personalised, ready-to-eat nutrition.

We’re building a platform that connects symptom tracking and health goals with medically tailored meals, backed by science and designed for real life. No calorie-counting. No fads. Just evidence-based food-as-medicine delivered with empathy and ease.

We’re currently bootstrapped, with early traction and a clear roadmap to raising our first round. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something meaningful.

The Role

We’re looking for a UK-based HCPC-registered dietitian to join as Co-Founder – Clinical & Community Lead. This is a unique opportunity to shape the clinical voice, content, and culture of a new women's health brand as its public-facing dietitian and strategic co-builder.

You’ll be the credible voice behind our mission—speaking directly to our audience through content, social channels, and community activity—and eventually shaping our meal protocols and nutrition frameworks as we grow.

Core Responsibilities🔹 Early Stage – Content & Community Focus

  • Create and appear in content (Instagram, TikTok, reels, blog posts, lives, Q&As)
  • Share practical, evidence-based nutrition education tailored to PCOS, GLP-1 users, and women managing hormonal symptoms
  • Build community trust and engagement through regular posts, evergreen content, and monthly lives or Q&As
  • Represent the brand on webinars, podcast interviews, or panels as needed
  • Join founder meetings with food suppliers, strategic partners, or healthcare collaborators
  • Help shape product roadmap : meal themes, user journeys, symptom tracking UX

Later Stage – Clinical & Protocol Development

  • Lead creation of meal guidelines and condition-based protocols for GLP-1 use, PCOS, menopause, insulin resistance, etc.
  • Ensure all public-facing messaging and product decisions are evidence-aligned and safe
  • You Are :

  • A HCPC-registered UK dietitian with expertise or interest in women’s health, metabolic conditions, or hormone-related nutrition
  • Experienced or comfortable being on camera and creating social content (or excited to learn quickly)
  • Passionate about content marketing and building a community that actually engages
  • Familiar with—or curious about—digital health platforms, symptom tracking, and user engagement models
  • Comfortable with the scrappy, hands-on reality of early-stage start-ups (no large teams or processes yet—just energy and ownership)
  • Open to an early-stage, flexible co-founder commitment (8–10 hrs / week to start)
  • Bonus Points If You :

  • Have 5K+ followers or an engaged community across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or a blog / newsletter
  • Have worked with clients on GLP-1 medications, PCOS symptom relief, or gut-hormone health
  • Have contributed to podcast episodes, webinars, or authored digital content
  • Have experience working in or building early-stage start-ups or founder-led ventures
  • What You’ll Get

  • Founding-level equity and the chance to build something from zero with a clear clinical mission
  • A voice and platform to shape how women’s nutrition is delivered
  • Strategic support from a co-founder team with healthcare, operations, and start-up growth experience
  • Flexible working and autonomy to define how this role evolves with you
  • We’re currently pre-revenue and equity-only, but we’re preparing for our first raise - and co-founder salaries are a key part of that roadmap
  • Industry

  • Wellness and Fitness Services
  • Employment Type

    Part-time
