Strategy Principal Consultant - Change & Transformation

As a Strategy Principal Consultant specialising in Change and Transformation, you will

help to shape and head up our strategic consulting proposition within Manifesto playing a critical role in guiding clients through complex digital and data transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Strategy and Innovation Director, you will leverage your expertise in digital and data transformation frameworks, organisational change, and change management methodologies to help clients achieve measurable outcomes such as enhanced digital and data maturity, improved platform utilisation, and greater organisational effectiveness.

Ideally you will bring expertise and experience in the Not-for-Profit (NFP) sector, this role allows you to work across other sectors, including Membership, Visitor attractions, Higher education and aligned commercial clients. You will address these sectors' unique challenges and opportunities while ensuring best practices are applied to deliver transformative results.

This role combines understanding the macro challenges facing these sectors with the ability to design and lead strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. You will collaborate with senior leaders, delivery teams, and sector specialists, ensuring alignment between strategic vision and technical implementation. As a thought leader, you will contribute to Manifesto’s external presence through speaking engagements, whitepapers, and sector-focused thought leadership. Additionally, you will stay informed about trends and issues impacting our sectors, bringing fresh insights to your work and our clients.

• Strategic Leadership : Deliver transformative strategies that align with client objectives and Manifesto’s values, driving measurable improvements in digital maturity and organisational effectiveness.
• Client Impact : Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from board members to grassroots teams, ensuring alignment and shared ownership of transformation goals.
• Innovation Excellence : Helping clients understand the link between data and digital strategy and how data eco systems drive and support digital transformation. Provide expertise in emerging technologies such as AI and automation, helping clients navigate opportunities and threats.

• Sector Insights : Stay informed about trends and challenges across NFP, Membership, Visitor attractions, education and aligned commercial sectors, integrating this knowledge into your strategies.
• Commercial Growth : Identify growth opportunities and contribute to securing transformation-focused contracts.
• Thought Leadership : Position Manifesto as a leader in digital transformation across sectors through external representation and thought leadership contributions.
