Job description

Sales Admin - Stafford

Are you a motivated and efficient individual with experience in a sales office environment? Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is looking for a Sales Admin to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining excellent standards of customer service.

Main Duties :

  • Deal effectively and efficiently with customer orders and schedules, maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Process customer orders on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to incoming emails and phone calls.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Assist in telemarketing and telesales projects.
  • Prepare customer quotations, maintaining the discount matrix.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within and across departments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process.
  • Adhere to all company Health and Safety procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all other company policies and procedures.

    • Qualifications and Experience :

  • Good telephone manner.
  • Good general education.
  • Previous experience in a sales office environment.

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Aptitude for working on own initiative.
