Job Description Were looking for a skilled and motivated Production Line Leader to join our fresh produce manufacturing team in Peterborough. If you have a background in food production, manufacturing, or packing , and experience in leading teams in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Supervise and motivate a team of Production and Machine Operatives across high-speed packing lines (citrus, grapes, loose fruit). Maintain high standards in health & safety, food hygiene, and product quality. Work alongside Quality Control to ensure product freshness and compliance. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; report breakdowns and inefficiencies. Foster a positive and productive team culture on the line. Complete shift paperwork and liaise with management on daily performance.
