Are you a detail-oriented, client-focused Commercial Account Handler who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join a welcoming and experienced team where no two days are the same. You'll manage your own portfolio of commercial clients, supporting Account Executives and providing first-class service.

What you'll be doing :

  • Handling renewals, MTAs, and new business for a varied commercial portfolio (SME to mid-market)
  • Liaising directly with clients to understand their needs and provide advice
  • Preparing presentations, documentation, and reports
  • Working closely with Account Executives and Insurers
  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client care
