What You'll Be Doing
As a Chef Manager, you will organise and supervise the unit, ensuring the overall efficient and effective management of the operation while providing a quality service.
Responsibilities include preparation, cooking, and service of food to meet standards and specifications, as well as the efficient use of resources including stock, labour, and assets.

- Promote a safety culture, ensuring adherence to all Health & Safety policies (e.g., Food Handling, Manual Handling, COSHH).
- Take a hands-on approach to food production across all service areas.
- Ensure all equipment is safe and report faults promptly.
- Manage food service delivery efficiently, maintaining quality standards and timeliness to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Develop and improve client and customer relationships.
