Academics LTD is partnering with a reputable secondary school in Swindon that is looking to recruit motivated individuals for the role of Cover Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising classes when the regular teacher is absent, ensuring that students are engaged and on task.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and support students in the classroom.
Ensure that students follow the school's behavior policy.
Assist with lesson delivery and support learning activities.
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behavior.

Minimum Requirements :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and motivate students.

Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
