Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.
We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over 100 national and regional awards!
We are also focused on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for the people we support and in return, we go the extra mile for them by investing in pay, recognition, wellbeing and continued professional and personal development. We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.
This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a well-established service, supporting 6 people. This service will be supporting people with learning and physical disabilities, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.
This service is a bungalow with a shared lounge, kitchen, dining room and communal area for the people we support. They all enjoy doing different activities such as being out and about in the community, for example - going to walks or to the local café for a coffee and going swimming.
The people we support would like support staff who are outgoing to join our team to support us on outings and assist us within our aspirations such as going on holiday. We are a fun bunch who love getting out and about but also enjoy having a duvet day!
Our staff work on a two shift rota, 7.30am - 7.30pm and night shifts 7.30pm - 730am. The current vacant hours are primarily on day shifts. We usually have at least 3 members of staff on shift during the day and always have 2 on at night. Full training would be given to anyone who joins our staff team, we need the people who join our staff team to be open minded, willing to learn and fun!
