Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of projects, our client is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to the commercial success of a well-respected contractor delivering impactful, high-quality projects. About the Role The successful candidate will support the commercial management of a variety of construction and refurbishment projects. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and supply chain partners to ensure effective cost control, accurate reporting, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities
