The Role : As an Intermediate QS at Lorclon, you’ll play a key role in the commercial management of our projects — from cost planning to final accounts — while gaining hands-on experience with NEC contracts and civil engineering works. Key responsibilities include :

• Preparing and managing cost plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Supporting tendering, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimating, and cash flow forecasting.
• Undertake measurement and valuation of work in progress, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Preparing and valuing variations, claims, and change control
• Undertaking regular site visits and liaising with engineers and site teams
