Job descriptionContinuing support with Nurse Revalidation. NMC revalidation costs paid for Flexibility this role is field-based and requires regular travel to our clients based around the country. Role Overview
- Develop, plan deliver and review all internal training programmes.
- Support compliance with statutory and mandatory training in their allocated region.
- Deliver induction and refresher training in their designated area when required.
- Facilitate and deliver advanced / specialised courses to meet the requirements of our clients.
- Lead, support and deliver training on our Train the Trainer and accredited programmes which maybe out of the allocated region.
- Advise and support our clients to meet the required training standards and competencies, giving extra support when required.
- Support managers and other staff on our LMS system
- Be open to delivering training via online platforms.
- Have meticulous record-keeping skills.
- Be flexible in your approach to work to accommodate the multiple challenges our client base encounters within the care sector
