Are you a dedicated SEN teacher ready for your next rewarding challenge? Protocol Education is working in partnership with an exceptional special needs school within reach of Southend to recruit an experienced and passionate SEN Class Teacher for a September 2025 start .

This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a committed educator with a strong background in supporting pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties (SCLD) , looking to make a real impact in a nurturing and well-resourced environment.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who :

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .

Has solid experience working with pupils with severe and complex learning needs .

Is passionate about transforming the lives of children through inclusive and personalised teaching.

Brings excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Can demonstrate a strong understanding of SEND curriculum and assessment strategies.
