Job Title : Concierge Location : Crouch End, London Salary : £28,000 - £31,000 per annum Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30AM - 5 : 30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of this prestigious development, greeting residents and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Manage the front desk and provide concierge services such as handling enquiries, booking management, and coordinating deliveries.
• Log issues and service requests using the appropriate systems.
• Oversee the cleanliness and general upkeep of common areas, ensuring a tidy and presentable environment.
• Liaise with residents, contractors, and the estate management team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a high level of communication with residents to ensure their needs are met and assist with any complaints or queries.
