Senior Planner

We are seeking a Senior Planner for an LTD engagement in London. Outside of IR35 in central London; 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week WFH.

About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of offshore wind farm projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust project schedules, providing expert planning advice, and supporting the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Provide proactive planning support to Work Package Managers, attending weekly meetings and addressing scheduling challenges.
• Conduct monthly schedule reviews and generate accurate forecasts for the leadership team.
• Advise on and implement effective planning strategies and principles.
• Coordinate and interface between work packages, identifying and resolving potential conflicts.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to the project schedule, reflecting all changes and actions.
• Support the Planning Team and Management Team in day-to-day planning activities.
• Contribute to the monthly integrated / PLT report, including Planning Slides, Milestone Tracker, Level 1 Schedule, and programme pressure analysis.
• Develop "what-if" scenario planning to inform key project decisions.
• Provide ad-hoc planning support across multiple project packages as required.
• Occasional site visits (UK) may be required to work with contractors and gather project data.
