What You'll Be Doing :

Join our GP Surgery client's team as an IP Clinical Pharmacist and play a vital role in enhancing patient care within a primary care setting. In this role, you will :

Conduct structured medication reviews and optimise prescribing

Work closely with GPs and the wider MDT to manage long-term conditions

Provide prescribing support to improve clinical outcomes

Support safe and effective repeat prescribing processes

Contribute to clinical audits and patient safety initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

A current and valid GPhC registration

Independent Prescribing Qualification (required)

Previous experience in GP or Primary Care settings

Strong clinical knowledge and patient-facing communication skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours & Contract Duration :

This flexible role requires availability for 3 days per week, with working hours of 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. Working days are fully negotiable based on your availability. Free on-site parking is provided. The contract is ongoing with potential for long-term extension.
