About the team

This role sits in the Affiliate channel team who themselves sit in the wider Performance Marketing team here at Deliveroo. The team's main focus is driving growth across all sides of our business. Growth could be so many things for this team, for example; getting a consumer to give us a try for the first time, driving customer loyalty, finding new riders for the business or encouraging users to sign up to Plus (our loyalty subscription).

As a channel, Affiliates is growing rapidly, more markets are adopting it so we are therefore continuously looking for new smart ways to communicate with our users. We are a vibrant function, collaborating closely with our Creative Studio, Data Science and Marketing Technology teams to deliver innovative world-class digital campaigns across 8 markets globally. As the Channel Specialist you will report into a Channel Lead who you will work alongside to drive forward the channel.

Working within this team allows you to work under our hybrid working model - between London HQ and home

About the role

We're looking for a commercially minded, data-driven “Digital Marketing Specialist” to support a channel owner. The role will be focused solely on the Affiliate channel but all marketing channels work closely to ensure plans are delivered on time and projects are effectively managed. Alongside the channel owner you will be responsible for growing the affiliate channel globally and finding smart new ways to market to our consumers.

What you'll be doing

Partner Management - Managing our publisher and network relationships to ensure we are getting the most out of them at continuing to grow

Partner Screening - Running initial calls with new partner prospects to better understand the opportunity they are selling

Testing New Partnerships - Working with the channel lead to test new partnerships and find new growth levers for the business

Campaign Planning - Working alongside the channel lead to deliver campaign planning and analysis.

Platform Maintenance - Ensuring our platforms are up to date and correct.

Basic Reporting - Running basic reports to understand weekly trends and publisher successes

Internal Stakeholder Management - Working with the channel lead to update internal stakeholders on projects that we are running for them. (eg. Local Market Teams & Product Teams)

Requirements

Degree-level education or relevant work experience

Basic problem-solving, structuring arguments well and finding solutions

Basic quantitative analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ambitious with a commercial mindset

A willingness to learn and an eagerness to grow within an organisation

Some experience in the affiliate industry preferred
