About the Role

As a Delivery Manager – Digital, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of outcome-based deliverables across high-performing, multi-disciplinary squads. You’ll work closely with development teams, product owners, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth, continuous delivery of value-driven web applications.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead agile delivery teams using Scrum or other methodologies
  • Collaborate across product and technology teams to ensure alignment
  • Facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions, and workshops
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and governance processes
  • Support backlog grooming and capacity planning
  • Mentor and coach teams to foster continuous improvement
  • Align technical delivery with customer needs and business strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : 2+ years leading delivery teams or projects, ideally in the media or audio streaming industry
  • Skills : Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution
  • Leadership : Servant leadership style with a focus on team empowerment and strategic alignment
  • Tools : Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Office Suite
  • Methodologies : Solid understanding of Agile and product delivery frameworks
