What you’ll be doing :

Owning the 360 recruitment cycle — from sourcing talent to closing deals with clients.

Building relationships with construction contractors across Europe .

Generating leads and vacancies through client development .

Using LinkedIn and sales tools to build your brand and pipeline.

Managing negotiations, offers, and placements — you control the deal.

Who we're looking for :

You've worked in lead generation, B2B sales, telesales, or field sales .

You’re used to hitting KPIs , working to targets, and thriving in a fast-paced setting.

You’re resilient, money-motivated, and love winning .

You’re ready to learn and excited to join a high-growth, high-reward environment .
