What you’ll do on a typical day :

Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement corrective actions where appropriate to maximise the efficiency of the warehouse operation

• Demonstrate and promote a customer-focused approach to all warehouse activities
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting on target expectations and achievements through standard reporting processes
• Create and maintain a positive team atmosphere and inclusive culture, by actively encouraging involvement from all colleagues

What you need to succeed at GXO :

Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a fast paced logistics environment, ideally within E-com operations
