Sue Ross Recruitment are recruiting for the position of a Will and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Paralegal to join an award-winning regional law firm who specialise in both personal and business services. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a diverse caseload
• Deliver high standards of client care
• Ensure commercial awareness in case management and outcomes
• Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve key targets
• Lead and oversee the Wills & LPA team, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Provide expert legal advice on wills, estate planning, and LPAs
• Drive business development and marketing efforts to grow the department
• Work closely with financial advisors and accountants to offer comprehensive client solutions
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm policies
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development The ideal candidate will have had previous experinece writing wills and must be confident meeting with clients.
