Join the Pre-Opening Team of Labombe by Trivet – Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

This autumn, Labombe by Trivet will launch as a new partnership between the team behind two Michelin-Starred restaurant Trivet and COMO Metropolitan London, based on Park Lane, Mayfair.

Labombe by Trivet will be a wine-forward restaurant; an evolution of the original bar concept created by Co-Founders, Michelin Starred Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal. It is more than just a culinary experience; it’s a celebration of expertly curated wine and thoughtfully crafted food. Rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and a commitment to quality, Labombe by Trivet merges creativity with tradition to create moments of excitement and connection.

We’re looking for a creative, talented, and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our pre-opening team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef to take the next step in their career, working closely with our senior kitchen team to deliver excellence in every dish.

This is a unique opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to be part of a pre-opening team and contribute to the launch of a new culinary destination in the heart of Mayfair.

What You’ll Do :

  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Contribute to menu development
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience in a five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
  • A creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation in pastry is highly desirable
