We're working on behalf of a leading passive fire protection contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple live projects across South East London , primarily within the social housing sector.

They are currently seeking an experienced FRA Surveyor to join their technical team, focusing on Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door / Compartmentation Surveys across occupied and void social housing stock .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a surveyor with a strong understanding of passive fire regulations who thrives in a site-based, client-facing environment and wants to make a tangible difference in resident safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct Type 1 & 3 Fire Risk Assessments in accordance with the Fire Safety Order 2005 and PAS 79
• Carry out fire door inspections, fire-stopping assessments, and compartmentation surveys
• Write detailed and compliant FRA reports with clear photographic evidence and recommendations
• Liaise directly with housing associations, local authorities, and residents to ensure clear communication
• Provide technical advice to clients and project teams on remedial works
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant fire safety regulations and standards
