HQ in Essex with satellite office in London (hybrid working model available) The Role - Head of Design (Facade / Cladding) Responsible for concept development through to construction documentation, you’ll guide the design team while collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and project managers. Develop and maintain the company’s design standards, protocols and workflows Lead a team of Design Managers & Designers. Implement a clear Design Management strategy Collaborate with commercial and project delivery teams to align design with programme and budget Represent the business in client meetings, pitches, and design reviews Foster a culture of design excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement Previous experience in a Head of Design or Senior Design Manager or similar is essential, with facade experience.
