This fashion retailer is looking for a Store Manager to join their thriving store in Cumbria. You will work with together with the store staff to ensure continued success and growth.
The Store Manager Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to day operations of the store
- Maximise the stores sales and profitability and driving KPI’s
- Manage your team ensuring that they are motivated and mentored
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Ensuring the store is well-kept to the highest standard
- Admin tasks and team recruitment liaising with the HR team
- Adhering to Health and Safety policies
- Prioritising security awareness across the store
